Application of clinic in lung tumor with MSCT perfusion imaging

Abstract

【Objective】To study MSCT perfusion imaging of fine or malignancy tumor of lung and differentiate diagnose.【Methods】 dynamic CT with singe-location sequences CT scan of the lung were obtained in 40 individuals who include 6 patients with fine process and 34 patients with malignancy tumor(lung cancer).Lung perfusion parameters include blood flow(BF),blood volume(BV),mean transit time(MTT) and permeability surface(PS).【Results】 Compared with fine process of lung,BF,BV and PS in lung cancer group increased significantly,The PS25 [mL·(100g·min)-1]was set as a diagnostic threshold,the sensitivity and specificity were 97.06% and 83.33%,and MTT has not differ between two group.【Conclusion】 Lung perfusion parameters(BF,BV and PS) measured with CT were significantly altered in lung tumor,There have importance appliance value in differentiate diagnose of fine or malignancy tumor.
