Abstract

Labors property rights are opposite to material property rights, the former being the labor defined by property rights while the latter being the natural resources and means of production defined by property rights. Since the human society, the property rights of material wealth have been fully realized while labors property rights havent or have partly realized and the property rights system is basically a unitary one with that of material wealth as the leading factor. The unitary property rights system developed to the highest and last stage in capitalist society and socialist economic system should improve commodity economy and system of united labor. In perspective of property system, by realizing labors property rights, we can establish a double one with the share of profit, coexistence of material and man. Therefore, we need to establish a double one with the coexistence of material and man, to form double subjects of property rights and investment; to establish a distribution system with the share of profit.
