Abstract

Evaluation of sustainable utilization of regional water resources is composed by multiple factors. How to reasonably ascertain the weights of them is the key of synthetic evaluation, because they directly affect the result of evaluation.Aiming at deficiency of method that weight is ascertained only according to subjective estimation in the traditional evaluation of sustainable utilization evaluation of water resources, ascertain weight coefficient of the factor by method of entropy weight combines subjective estimation and objective information. This paper established ideal fuzzy matter-element model for assessment of regional water resources sustainable utilization system. The results of theoretical analysis and empirical study show that the model can reflect the hairlike distinction among many projects and can obtain more accurate and valid evaluation to the excellent or bad,and it is reasonable and credible.
