Abstract
Objective To analyse the clinical and pathological characteristic of cervical adenocarcinoma so as to guide the diagnosis and treatment. Methods We evaluated data of 39 patients with cervical adenocarcinoma from Januery 1990 to December 1998.Result Contact bleeding was the main symptom.Conclusion Cervical adenocarcinoma was often incorrectly diagnosed .In order to get early diagnosis we should pay attention to the cervical biopsy even repeated cervical biopsy .The therapy of cervical adenocarcinoma is the same as that of cervical squamous carcinoma and we should give chemicotherapy after radical surgery.
