Abstract
Job Satisfaction and organizational commitment are two variables associated with attitude.In this paper,the authors used literature review,ques-tionnaire and statistics method,investigated the job satisfaction and relations to organizational commitment of PE teachers in colleges and universities in some provinces in China.Correlation analyses and regression analyses indicated that the factors which have played a role on job satisfaction are respect,work conditions,participating decision-making,recognizing,job reward and work relationship;Job satisfaction have positive prediction for organizational commitment.
