Reformation of state-owned enterprise and multinational M&A

The purpose of the paper is that through discussing the problem of using the multinational MA by state-owned enterprises,the state-owned enterprises can accelerate their reorganization transforms and enhance their international competitiveness strength by using the multinational MA.The article demonstrates the necessity of using the multinational MA in the reformation of state-owned enterprise after introducing the concept of merge purchase by using according to local conditions.And combined with China's situation it analyses of the impact on state-owned enterprises and the problems which may arise from using MA.In the end the paper proposes the solution.
