Abstract

For improving the frequency of welding power,a time-sharing control for multi-bridge parallel voltage source inverter power supply is studied.Through the combination of the output transformer, the N bridges paralleled in this inverter circuit, can improve the output to N times circuit working frequency.Meanwhile, the circuit topology is not subject to the constraint of the inverter switch dead time, simple and easy to control. It has a good prospect of application.Based on the analysis of the circuit working process, this paper focus on the effect of the transformer leakage inductance on energy transfer and working performance. The simulation analysis on the circuit and the experimental results verify the correctness of the circuit. It has a significance guiding to achieve the circuit.
