Abstract
This paper The empirical study on the relationship between corporate internationalization and performance is applied.It selects manufacturing company of China's listed firms as the sample to measure the degree of internationalization and the performance,then finds out the effect rate between internationalization and corporate performance on different level.Finally the relationship is figured out between internationalization and performance and given some operate strategies to improve the corporate performance.
