Abstract
The effects of annealing treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties for stoichiometric NiAl with microalloyed P alloy were investigated. Results revealed that the microstructures of NiAl-P alloy changed from as-extruded semi-recrystallization to the sole-recrystallization after annealing treatment and doping P segregated at the grain boundaries, which influenced the superplastic behavior at high temperature.
