Abstract

The Ming Dynasty was in the late period of China's feudal society with high level of feudalization.During that time, some rulers paid much attention to bureaucracy in order to avoid Corruption of previous dynasties.But this problem was not solved effectively in the Ming Dynasty and characterized by phase,group,universality and stubbornness,which became one of the important reasons of the decline of the Ming Dynasty.
