Therapeutic observation on arrhythmia of coronary heart disease treated with combination therapy of wenxin granule and metoprolol

Objective To observate the therapeutic effect and safety of Wenxin Granule combined with metoprolol treating arrhythmia of coronary heart disease.Methods 192 cases with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into three groups(64 patients in each group):A group(Wenxin Granule combined with metoprolol),B group(Wenxin Granule) and C group(metoprolol) .After four weeks treating,the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction incidence of three groups were compared.Results The excellence rate,effective rate,total effective rate and adverse reaction incidence of A group were 51.6%,42.2%,93.8% and 4.7% respectively.They were 32.8%,39.1%,71.9% and 7.8% respectively in B group.They were 29.7%,39.1%,68.8% and 14.1% respectively in C group.The excellence rate and total effective rate of A group were higher than those in B and C group(all P 0.001) .The level of Hcy,fasting blood glucose,TG,HDL-L and DBP of A group were higher than those of B group(P 0.01) .The adverse reaction incidence of A group was lower than that in C group(P 0.05) .Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Wenxin Granule combined with metoprolol treating arrhythmia of coronary heart disease was notable and safe.
