Abstract

Objective:To investigate the biological character of bone marrow stromal cells in different mineralization condition .Method:The third passage BMSCs were induced by mineralization condition medium , BMP and the two combined. After 3 days, the proliferation and alkaline phosphatase level of cells were investigated, and collagen type Ⅰ were examined by immunohistochemistry stains.Result: Compared with control group, the proliferation of BMSCs in experimental group decreased, but ALP level increased and type I collagen was positive. Of the three experimental groups, the combined group significantly express the osteoblastic marker. Conclusion:BMSCs in the combined group can be induced to differentiare into osteoblasts in a shorter culture time.
