A Structural Equation Model between Doctoral Education Quality and Doctor's Development Quality

Abstract

Based on the questionnaire from the university teachers of doctor degrees,this paper sets up a structural equation model between the doctoral education quality and the doctor's development quality.The ability of scientific research makes up the hardcore of doctoral education quality,but the model shows its influence is less on the doctor's development quality presently than the instruction of tators.So the innovative ability is the hardcore in doctor education and the tutors is the key in the education.
