Abstract

It is difficult for existing land circulation pattern to achieve the goal of promoting land circulation and realizing farmland large-scale management.The article summarized the necessity of farmland circulation system reform.Based on referring the domestic and foreign related literature,circulation pattern of constructing land bank was put forward.
