Abstract
Objective:To determine the optimal extraction technology of flavonoid from cherry leaves. Methods:Supercritical CO2 extraction was applied with absolute alcohol as entrainer. The influence of extraction pressure, temperature and time on extraction yield was investigated by orthogonal experimentation. Results:The optimal extraction conditions showed pressure 20MPa,temperature 45℃ and time 3h.Conclusion:Method of extraction of flavonoid from cherry leaves with supercritical CO2 is feasible.Product quality is good and extraction yield is relatively high.
