Abstract
Caenorhabditis elegans serves as a good model organism for the study of cell biology, and the phenomenon of RNA-mediated interference(RNAi) was first discovered in the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans.RNA interference can target gene specifically, and it is simple, easy to perform.A high-throughput,genome-wide function analysis has been developed on the basis of RNAi technique.Several research teams used large-scale RNAi to systematically examine various C.elegans gene for knock-down phenotypes. The specific RNAi method and functional genomic analyses by high-throughput RNAi have provided new insights in a wide variety of biological processes in C.elegans.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
