Abstract
Objective To observe of electro-acupuncture on rat neuronal apoptosis related protein Bcl-2,Bax impact of Alzheimer's disease( Alzheimer's disease,AD),in order to investigate the mechanism of acupuncture in treatment of AD. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal group,sham-operation group,model group,electro-acupuncture and moxibustion group. AD rats were fabricated by injecting Aβ25-35into the double hippocampus,the treatment group stimulateDaZhui、NeiGuan、Shenshuusing electroacupuncture,immunohistochemistry was used to determine the levels of expression of Bcl-2、Bax in rat hippocampi area. Results After two courses of treatment,compared with the normal group and sham group,the expression of the Bcl-2 increased in rat hippocampi area on model group( P 0. 05),compared with the model group,the treatment group decredsed obviously( P 0. 05); and compared with the normal group and sham group,the expression of the Bax decreased evidently on model group( P 0. 05),compared with the model group,the treatment group incredsed evidently( P 0. 05). Conclusion Neuronal apoptosis protein acupuncture can improve the AD model rats,and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of neuronal apoptosis related protein Bcl-2,Bax.
