Current Situation and Countermeasures to the Local Science and Technology Development Program of Our Country

The science and technology development program based on government level has already become an indispensable factor to promote the development of local science and technology.Since China's reform and opening-up,the local science and technology development program of our country tends to be more and more perfect.However,there are still some problems such as laying too much emphasis on decision-making while neglecting its implementation,making ambiguous plan index etc.Today,science and technology is the most active factor to promote the development of productivity.Therefore,it is an urgent and important task to reinforce the local science and technology development program further,promote the quick development of local science and technology career and strengthen their competitive power in order to increase their productivity level and sustain the development of local economy.This article analyzes the current situation of the development of science and technology,points out the existing problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
