Abstract

In the actual practice of insurance affairs,the provisions on regulating the contract of life insurance have emerged in the cause of insurance,generally including estoppel one, age misleading one, self-murder exoneration one, war exoneration one, grace period one, reinstatement one, nonforfeiture values one, policy loan one and policy negotiation one. These provisions measure benefits among the applicant, the insured, insurance beneficiary and insurance company, in result, promoting the sound development of the cause of life insurance and keeping the order of the life insurance market.
