Expressions of HIF-1α、VEGF in hepatocellular Carcinoma C and their clinical significance

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the expressions of HIF-1α、VEGF In HCC and their clinical significance.Methods: The expressions of HIF-1α、VEGF in 54 cases of HCC and 14 persons of normal liver tissues were studied by immunohistochemistry assay.Results: The expressions of HIF-1α、VEGF protein in hepatocellular Carcinoma were significantly higher than those of normal liver tissues(P 0.05).The expression of HIF-1αwas positively associated withVEGF(P0.05).There was no relationship between HIF-1α,VEGF protein expression And histological grade,AFP.The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF was significantly correlated with ability of invasion and the metastasis.Conclusion: There are over expression of HIF-1α,VEGF in HCC.The expressions of HIF-1α,VEGF can reflect the biological behavior of HCC,which are important indexes for HCC invasion and metastasis.
