Abstract
Error compensation is an Important Method for improving machining precision of horizontal machine tools.In this project,the error characteristics of horizontal machine tools are analyzed,the synthetic volumetric error model and tools attitude error model are built based on Multi-body System Theory, also the method of NC code correction are provided.On the basis of error compensation modeling,the softw are of error compensation is designed and the process of error compensation is simulated.The toolpasses and NC code before after error compensation are generated by softw are for contrast.The Experiment leads to conclusions that the error models are valid and the error compensation is effective,the Objective of error compensation are achieved.
