Thoughts about the Chinese Reform on Natural Monopoly Industry

After studying the development of theory about natural monopoly and gaining an overall understanding of its economic and technological features, the paper briefly introduces the necessity of Government Regulation and analyzes the policy enlightenment to the reform on natural monopoly industry in China, concluding that the reform should be implemented under the guidance of both government and market.
