Acupuncture and Osteoarthritis of the Knee Governance 50 Cases

[Objective]To investigate the combined therapy of acupuncture knee osteoarthritis clinical effect.[Methods]100 cases of osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into treatment group and control group two groups of patients,50 patients treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined self - made party oral treatment of the disease,and to re - fried Fumigation dregs knees in the control of intra - articular use of sodium hyaluronate injection course of treatment were 1 month,compare their clinical efficacy.[Results]The total effective rate 91.9%,compared with the control group effect significant difference ( P 0.01 ).[Conclusion] Acupuncture combined with chinese medicine treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee with good clinical efficacy and significant analgesic,anti—inflammatory effects,and side effects is small,worthy to be popularized.
