Abstract
Objective To explore the normal imaging anatomy of the optic canal by spiral CT so as to supply data for clinical application. Methods The optic canals of 30 normal subjects were examined by MS CT,and the anatomic structures were determined by means of multi-planar reconstruction.Result The axial, frontal and oblique frontal CT scanning had respective advantages. Conclusion Anatomic measurement of the optic canal could be accurately and easily performed by means of multi-planar reconstruction of MS CT.
