Abstract
Objective To observe the efficiency of arthroscopic percutaneous bone grafting and internal fixation in the treatment of Schatzker Ⅰ-Ⅲ tibial plateau fractures. Methods Forty five cases of lateral tibial plateau fracture of SchatzkerⅠ-Ⅲ in our hospital from Mar. 2011 to Mar. 2013 were divided into the study group( 23 cases)and the control group( 22 cases). The study group were treated with arthroscopy assisted percutaneous bone screw fixation and the control group were treated with traditional incision reduction and internal fixation. Intraoperative and postoperative effect of the two groups were compared. Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months and all patients achieved primary healing without infection or delayed healing; healing time,Lysholm score,Yong's score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group( P 0. 05); the distribution of excellent and good rate in the study group were significantly better than that of the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Arthroscopic percutaneous bone grafting and internal fixation in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures have better clinical effect compared with traditional open reduction and shorten the healing time.
