Abstract

[Objective]To explore the application of ceneralized linear mixed models in medical research.[Methods]How to fit a generalized linear mixed model for binomial data with the nlmixed procedure was demonstrated.[Results]In multi-center trials,we constructed ceneralized linear mixed models regarding center as random effect.[Conclusion]Generalized linear mixed model is an increasingly popular choice for the modelling of correlated data,non-normal response in a regression setting.
