Study on the Ecological Compensation Mechanism of the Protection of the Mountain Forest in the Suburbs in Changsha

Studied the mountain forest in suburbs in Chany sha on the ecological compensation mechnism of the protection.The information summarized here would take the noreheast of Kaifu district for example.In the development and the construction in the north Changsha, in addition to positioning the ecological function protected areas in the northeast section, the other land were developed as different periods of construction land. As the result, the establishment of the ecological compensation mechanism of the Northeast area to balance the interests of their ecological functions effectively play the key. Based on the present situation and the main problems of ecological functions of the northeast section, proposed the establishment of the northeast forests protection of the ecological compensation steps,countermeasures and policies recommendations.
