Abstract

Most of the medically intractable epilepsy is the temporal lobe epilepsy and most of the temporal lobe epilepsy can be treated by surgery.Hippocampal sclerosis is the most common type of the temporal epilepsy and it is very important to locate the epileptogenic zones before surgery. In this paper,we will present an overview of the research progress of hippocampal sclerosis on MRI.
