Censhui Mine And the Development of Local Society of Shaozhou in Song Dynasty

Censhui Mine was famous for rich copper,lead,alumina resources,as an important minenal and mint industry material base in the Song Dynasty.There were two significant changes of the Censhui Mines development in the Song Dynasty,one being the changing of the labor force from free workers in the Northern Song Dynasty to prison holders in the Southern Song Dynasty;the other being the Dantong technology of making copper first used in the mid Northern Song Dynasty to become the main technology in the Southern Song Dynasty.These two changes are related with the development of the local soeiety of Shaozhou in the Song Dynasty,at the same time is also affected by the development of the national mine industry.
