Abstract

The Curie temperature expressions of ultra-thin ferroelectric films are obtained by using the trensverse field Ising model in the mean-field approximation theory under the Ω s≠Ω,J s≠J study,by means of Curie teemprerature xepressions. The Curie temprerature as functions of n ,as well as the Values of J s and Ω s for the Surface layer,Finally, the new information of Surface effects displayedibt the Curie temprerature are ablained.
