A study on the present situation and countermeasure of financial supervision in China

The global and the regional financial crisis have often occurred since 1980's, which shows the financial supervision system set up in 1930's can not adopt to the development of growing finance under the global and the freedom condition. Especially, after China's entry into WTO in 2001, the domestic financial market has to be fully opened. Simultaneously, the risk precaution and supervision system of the financial system still need improvement of security of the financial system. It has become an important problem how to set up the financial supervision system to defend the financial security and steady function to fit the development of modern finance. This article tries to analyse the basic target, principle and present situation to find the effective countermeasures of the financial supervision.
