Abstract

Objective To study the diagnostic value of ERCP in Obstrustive Jaundice. Methods and Results The ERCP findings of 300 cases by surgery and pathology werereviewde in 300 cases,including lelithiasis (n=273),carcinoma of bile duct(n=7),cancer of caput pancreatic(n=9),carcinoma of vater ampulla(n=6),cholangitis(n=5).Conclusion ERCP has high value agnosing obstructive jaundice.
