Abstract

According to Marxist practical conception,Lizehou explained the essence of beauty and believed that essence of beauty is objective and socialized.He provided materialism view for aesthetics,which obtained huge historical achievement.However,Lizehou failed to tell the difference between beauty and aesthetic object,between essence of beauty and source of beauty.This is where his aesthetics should be improved.
