Evaluation Index System Building on Development Elements Competitiveness of County Economy

County economy is our most basic economic unit.It can learn the competitive advantages and disadvantages from the evaluation to county economy.And it is very important to make the right economic development policies.Now the study on county economy competitiveness is basically confined to Competitive Ability Appraisal and ranking,but not to serve for county economy development.This article makes a set of index system from development perspective with the purpose to serve the development of economy.It can provide reference and support for decision-making and it can also facilitate the competitiveness management for the county government.
