Abstract
In the study 8 concrete mixing proportion designs are described and the concrete design with better anti-permeability and anti-carbonation performance that satisfies strength requirement is selected for concrete repairing. In 36 surfactant mix-ing proportion designs,5 surfactant designs are selected for bonding new concrete to old concrete after carbonation test of brushing surfactant over concrete surface. 5 designs of bonding new concrete to carbonated concrete are used for test of splitting tensile strength, rupture strength and oblique shear strength. The effect of different surfactants and carbonation on mechanical properties of bonding new concrete to carbonated concrete are compared and analyzed and the mechanism are described.
