Abstract

COX 2 inhibitors, selective NSAIDs,are noticed to have preventive and therapeutic effect on colorectal neoplasm.Encouraging findings during recent years showed that COX 2 inhibitors play important role in prevention and suppression of non colorectal tumors.This review is focused on the clinical trial of COX 2 inhibitors and the mechanism involved. [
