The Comprehensive Evaluation of Utilization Efficiency of Urban Land——A Case Study of Wuhan City

Abstract

It is a key issue for the utilization of urban land effectively in process of economic and social development.The utilization efficiency of urban land should be evaluated and analyzed synthetically.This paper analyze it with a case study of Wuhan.We first build and quantify a three-dimensional index system with economy,society and ecology.Secondly,we calculate coordination degree with economy,society and ecology of the utilization efficiency of urban land,and analyze the obstacle factors of the utilization of urban land.At last,we make some strategy for improving the utilization efficiency of urban land.
