Clinical Analysis of 100 Patients with Trigeminal Neuralgia with the Treatment of Microvascular Decompression

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of trigeminal neuralgia on the treatment of microvascular decompression.Method: 180 patients with trigeminal neuralgia were selected and divided into two comparable groups randomly,the control group with 80 cases and the observation group with 100 cases.The control group were given drug therapy and the control group were given microvascular decompression.Evaluating the clinical effect of 2 groups.Result: The cure rate and the total efficiency of the observation group were 58.00% and 87.00%.The cure rate and the total efficiency of the control group were 41.25% and 68.75%.The clinical effect of the observation group was better significantly than that of the control group.The difference between 2 groups was evident and had statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion: Microvascular decompression is effective on treating trigeminal neuralgia.In the operation process,operating cautiously and normatively and avoiding complications.
