Abstract

Since China implemented reform and opening policy, textile became an important part of China export.China textile export keeps increasing after WTO.According to China Custom statistic,China textile and apparel have exported about 95.1 billion,16% of Chinese annual amount,a quarter of world's textile trade value.Due to the effect of new trade protectionism,recently,America took a restriction for seven Chinese textile goods firstly then the EU follows.There are now about 98 guild subscribed Istanbul manifesto among 54 nations to setup barriers for Chinese textile trading.Under this circumstance, where is the way for China textile enterprises?
