Abstract
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is highly heterogeneous disease with varied clinical manifestation and prognosis.Classic prognostic models reliy mainly on simple clinical variables such as age, stage of disease and performance status. For the introduction of rituximab and limitation of international prognostic index(IPI) itself, the prognostic value of classic markers becomes controversial.More and more novel prognostic factors have emerged with the development of new technologies and in-depth understanding of DLBCL.These novel prognostic factors will refine the prognostic scoring system of DLBCL and provide optimized the approach for precise stratification and individualized treatment of patients.
