Abstract
Neurosyphilis has a high misdiagnosis rate in the early,and its diagnosis depends on history of disease,clinical manifestations,and examinations of syphilis antibodies in serum and CSF.This paper reports 2 cases of neurosyphilis,analyzing their clinical features,aims to provide basis for early diagnosis.
