Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of three-dimensional contrast enhanced MR angiography(3D CEMRA) in carotid stenosis. Methods 3DCEMRA and DSA data of 43 cases were analyzed,Differentiation were tested by means of paired x2 test, and compare agreement of 3D CEMRA with DSA.Results Compared with DSA,sensitivity and specificity of 3D CEMRA was 97.5%,95.9%,two methods of carotid stenosis detected had no significant differences(P 0.05).In five stenosis degree(I~V),agreement of 3D CEMRA compared with DSA was 97.5%,91.7%,88.9%,93.8%,100%.Conclusion 3D CEMRA have high clinical value in the diagnosis of carotid stenosis, and can take place of DSA.
