Abstract
The interaction between the Taxol and Bovine Serum Albumin(BSA) has been investigated by the ways of Fluorescence spectroscopy and Uv-vis absorption spectrometry.Under biological condition(make sure pH =7.4 by Tris-HCl buffer solution),with 286 nm as excitation wavelength,in the range of 288~500 nm,We determine the fluorescence spectroscopy of BSA.BSA has strong fluorescence effect and fluorescence quenching by Taxol. The results show the type f fluorescence quenching is static quenching. To measure the binding constants under the different temperatures, the results show that there is the strong binding effect between Taxol and BSA.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
