Strategy Research on the Highway Service Management in Wujiang City

The phenomena of street market in the urbanizing process bring much trouble to highway service management agencies in Wujing City.This paper pointed out that highway authorities should carry out the planning of highway environment and management.What's more,it studied building limit of highway management,non-highway traffic sigh and roadside structure management and highway intersection management by means of quantity management.It was suggested to establish the control index in order to provide evidence for the work of highway service management.
