Abstract

The theory and practice of socialist new democracy is Mao Zedong early exploring into socialist political civilization,which exceeds the traditional democratic thoughts in a creative way on bases of Chinese and Western democracy and Marxism democratic theory.The exploring lays the foundation for Chinese political establishment and development.Because of all kinds of historical and practical restricts,historical localization still exists,whose lessons needs us to draw seriously.
