Abstract

The management of teaching files of colleges for adults is an important basic work to improve the education for adults because the files contain record about teaching activities and management. With the rapid development of colleges for adults, there are new requirements for the management of teaching files. This paper expounds the signification, characteristics, the scope of keeping teaching files and offers measures to improve the management of teaching files.
