Bidding Practice for the Equipment Purchase in Colleges

From the viewpoint of establishment of the bidding system and institutions,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the bidding in colleges,deals with reasonable choicing open tenders,invitation to tenders,singlesource procurement of three bidding.It also introduces the whole process that includes the bid invitation,tenders,bid opening,bid evaluation,bid and signed a contract the whole process activities.The lowest evaluation method and comprehensive scoring method are two bid evaluation methods.By post-qualification law,it audits the winning bidder qualification and eligibility,correctly handles the bidding questioned,creates a blacklist.This paper summarizes the practical experience of the bidding process of the equipment,explores the college equipment bidding law.
