A Study of the Reasons for the Constructing of Textual Criticism in Qing Dynasty

Textual Criticism was a kind of predominant academy school in Qing Dynasty.Its formation resulted from the interaction between complex multifactors during the period of late Ming and early Qing Dynasty.In conclusion,the following aspects should be used to study its formation:1.during the period of late Ming and early Qing contradictory movemont in Confucianism;2.advocation of the ruling class to the learning in the early Qing Dynasty;3.Jiangnan,base of learning;4.influence of the introduction of western learning to the east during the period of late Ming and early Qing Dynasties.
