Effect of early rehabilitation nursing on extremity function of patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the early rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of motor function after cerebral infarction studied.Methods 106 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly grouped into 53 cases of superficial experimental group and control group 53 cases.Two groups of patients were treated with conventional medical therapy and care.The experimental group was added rehabilitation care,limb motor function using simple style Fugl - Meyer(FmA) assessment points,respectively,before and after treatment in the treatment of one - month assessment.Results After treatment,the two groups before treatment FmA score than those in a certain degree of improvement.The degree of improvement and the treatment group were better than the control group(Upper limbs P 0.05 lower limb 0.01).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can improve limb motor function in patients with cerebral infarction.
