Research of Regional Sustainable Development Ability Construction Based on Factors and Grey Correlation Degree Analysis—A Case Study of Sichuan Province

Since the 1980 s,with the concept of sustainable development,sustainable development have made significant progress from theory to practice. Among them,the regional sustainable development ability construction is an important field of sustainable development research,which can provide certain reference for the development of the region in the future. Taking Sichuan Province as an example,the quantitative research was applied to divide different areas of development ability,and find the correlation factor of the regional sustainable development ability construction. The conclusion of this study is: sustainable development should be the development of thepeople-oriented,the regional sustainable development ability construction should be paid more attention to the development of people.
